Andrew Norton FCA: Managing Partner: Following qualification in 1983 with a medium sized practice, Andrew moved to Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young before founding nortons in 1993. Andrew has worked extensively with fast growing UK companies in all industry sectors, but particularly with technology companies, where he has carried out various roles, including Finance Director.

Pete Doyle BSc ACA: Partner – International: Pete joined Ernst & Young's Thames Valley Audit and Business Advisory team in 1988, and was a co-founder of nortons with Andrew Norton in 1993. Pete heads up the nortons international team and has worked extensively with US technology businesses, advising on all aspects of international business expansion. Pete also sits on the Executive Board of nortons international.

Julian Christmas ACA: Partner – Audit: Julian joined nortons in May 2002 to head up our Audit department. He qualified with Ernst & Young in 1997. Following a 2-year secondment to their Sydney office, Julian spent one year in a senior management position with Unipart.

Tony Campbell: Partner - Audit: Tony qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 and joined nortons in February 2008 as an audit partner. Tony has extensive knowledge of providing audit and advisory services to large corporate, owner managed and international companies.

Christopher Owens: Head of Tax: Christopher heads up our tax practice. He has extensive experience having specialised in tax from 1980, dealing predominantly with Owner Managed Businesses. During his 11 years with Ernst & Young, Christopher gained considerable international experience, working on the office's largest owner-managed businesses with international subsidiaries. Christopher is well placed to meet the business's needs in an ever changing tax arena.

Rory Kindlon BA Hons ACA: Managing Director – Corporate Finance: Rory has over 10 years corporate finance experience gained from leading global advisory firms - including 5 years with Arthur Andersen in London. He has originated and executed numerous mid-market deals (both in Europe and the US) covering fund raising, sale mandates, leveraged buy-outs and acquisitions for both public and private companies. Previously, Rory spent 5 years working in audit and transaction support, where he was responsible for leading numerous international buy-side / sell-side due diligence assignments.

Ian Bussey: Director – Corporate Finance: Ian is a lawyer with over 10 years of comprehensive experience at board level within the Technology and Healthcare sectors as General Manager,
Business Development Director and General Legal Counsel. Ian is experienced in delivering inorganic growth through acquisition and consolidation.
He implemented and executed Mistral’ Internet's inorganic growth strategy, delivering an increase in turnover from £4m in 2002 to £22m in 2006 by
acquiring 9 companies. He successfully integrated 9 companies into the core Mistral business. Ian also delivered US healthcare company Coopervision's
European buy and build strategy across Europe by acquisition of manufacturing, distribution and sales businesses in the UK, Germany, Australia,
Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Spain.

Rob Wirszycz: Director – Consulting: Rob brings his abilities as a 'creative thinker', business adviser, 'network connector', executive mentor, corporate strategist and strategic marketer to nortons and our clients. He is a member of the nortons Board, nortons international Board and a board member of several companies who have a close working relationship with nortons.

Stuart Bradburn FCCA LLB(Hons): Senior Manager – Accounting: Stuart qualified with Silver Levene & Co in London in 1999. He joined nortons in January 2000 and has 7 years experience in dealing with US and European clients. He heads up our International Accounting department and is liaison manager for nortons international.

Carmen Oliver FCIPD: VP Human Resources, Senior Manager – HR Services: Carmen joined nortons in 2000 from Credit Suisse, where she was European HR Manager based between London and Zurich. She has 20 years Human Resources experience within the Retail, Telecoms and Financial Services sectors. She has overall responsibility for nortons’ Human Resources and Payroll services, working primarily with international businesses setting up in the UK and Europe.

Denise Lavender ATII: Senior Manager – Tax: Denise joined us in June 2002 having previously been a Senior Tax Manager with Ernst & Young. Denise is a member of the Institute of Taxation and has over 15 years experience of advising companies on all aspects of corporation tax.

Jackie Biggs: Senior Manager – Pensions Audit: Jackie qualified in 1996 and is responsible for managing the pensions audit process. She provides general audit teams and managers with specialist training and technical reviews of files prior to Partner review. Jackie has worked extensively in the pensions industry since she joined nortons eleven years ago and now works exclusively on pensions.

Tracey Harrold ACA: Senior Manager – Corporate Tax: Tracy qualified in 1987 with Ernst & Young and has over twenty years tax experience. She joined nortons in November 2001 from Ernst & Young, where she was a senior manager in their corporate tax department specializing in international tax.

Tracy Sidhu ACA: Senior Manager – Payroll: Tracy qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, Reading in 1990. Since joining nortons in 1997, she has headed up the payroll department, dealing predominantly with international set up companies and their specialized employer and employee needs.
